Im primarily looking for an answer on the first one.

The first clouds are pretty low, and this was taken in a valley that has 400m (ish) mountains on one side, and <200m on the other side.
The wind is apparently blowing straight at the concave side of the clouds (according to windy).

They are both taken in Norway, where the NLC (?) is taken in the summer and the Kevin (?) is taken today,in the morning.
