Realizing after several years in the field I don't enjoy content strategy/planning/creation. Things I've enjoyed about my roles/general experience include on-site and hands-on events/activation assignments, guiding people through processes, hospitality. (Also, unrelated to my trajectory, but can make a case for part-time exposure to work with youth and education—non-degree—, sports.)

What roles can I look for that aren't too junior (I'm 30) and that would understand the transition?
