[1 YoE, Unemployed, Research Assistant (Psychology), India/Remote]

hi everyone! i'm 24 and have an msc in clinical psychology, and i'm desperately trying to get my career started in research, particularly in clinical psychology, cognitive psychology, mental health, and neuroscience related research

i have around a year of independent counselling experience that i pursued on the side to gain practical experience, but i've been looking for a proper job (applied to around 20 roles on and off over the past few months) and haven't received a SINGLE interview

i really want to work in research, especially as a research assistant or in any entry level research role related to psychology,

I recently came across a job that involved studying the effectiveness of therapy and conducting research on the same for an international startup (it was a remote job) and it was quite literally my dream job, but I unfortunately haven't heard from them since (its been a month) despite fitting the eligibility criteria.…
