Looking to get into the chemicals business, focusing entirely on water treatment chemicals - is that niche enough to generate a considerable amount of revenue ? It would likely just be trading/disributing the chemicals so would I be able to keep a good margin? Are there any alternative steps or value add processes that I can do in this space ?

How can I differentiate from my competitors apart from delivery timelines, quality, and service because essentially the chemical composition would be the same ?
