The best pizza oven for most people is the Gozney Arc ($799.99 at Gozney as of October 2026), a 14-inch propane oven with a thermometer in the box that I’ve cooked on myself. If space or budget is tight, its smaller sibling, the Gozney Arc Lite ($399.99), heats quickly, holds its heat, and packs away easily.
