Remove feature phone support

jpmobile grew up around Japanese feature phones, and most of it exists to serve them: the carrier detection for DoCoMo, au, SoftBank, Vodafone, Willcom, Ddipocket and EMOBILE, the emoji tables that translate between each carrier's private use area, the Shift_JIS and ISO-2022-JP conversion that the handsets needed, the mail encoding that went with it, the GPS and antenna position parsing, the DoCoMo guid parameter, and the session id carried in the URL for handsets without cookies. Those handsets are gone.

Take all of it out. What remains is what still applies to the phones people carry now: detecting smartphones and tablets, and picking a view for them.…
