Resort-style, Tuscan living is on display at this massive, waterfront Lake Las Vegas estate.

The home, at 34 Grand Corniche Drive in the guard-gated SouthShore at Lake Las Vegas, sold for almost exactly its asking price — and quickly.

The property was listed on Aug. 10 for $6.5 million from agent Christian Carrillo with Signature Real Estate Group. It sold a little over a month later on Sept. 17 with only a $100,000 price reduction for $6.4 million through buyer’s agent Lillie M. Shines with Coldwell Banker Premier.

Additionally, the home was the third highest sold property in September, according to data from Las Vegas Realtors.

“I believe the reason why it moved so fast was because it’s located at Lake Las Vegas on the water,” said listing agent Carrillo, who also mentioned there were around four other buyers interested in the property.

The buyer was specifically looking for a “Tuscan villa feel,” and this property delivers.
