Mark Carney has 'no confidence' in Gianni Infantino over World Cup sell-off plan
Fifa president Gianni Infantino has laughed off suggestions that he should resign following intense pressure over the collapse of his commercial plans for the World Cup.
Infantino insisted he retains the support of the “vast, vast majority” of world football as he prepares to stand for re-election in March.

Infantino made the comments in Baku at the Under-15 World Cup, which features Russia's first appearance in a Fifa competition since the 2022 invasion of Ukraine.
