So far, I have encountered 17 different endings in the game, but just two of them are ‘happy’ endings. Both of them involves a buyout where you purchase the store.

Ending How to Unlock

Buyout (Store Bought) You purchase the store from the Landlord by paying the full number of Credits on any rent day.

Buyout (Mortgage Paid) You purchase the store by paying the complete mortgage amount over time.

Rent Default You failed to pay the Landlord the required money. Since you won’t have Rent Grace, the run will end automatically.
