Captured in Vermont during the April 8, 2024 total solar eclipse using a Nikon D850, 200–500mm lens and AM5 mount.

This composite combines 78 individual partial-eclipse photographs with one totality exposure. Processing used Lightroom and custom Python scripts. The photographs were rotated, scaled and carefully nested into tapering infinity arms, preserving the eclipse’s progression while creating a sense of depth. A warm color gradient and HDR finish complete the composition.
