We paid upfront for their advertised 1-day no-prep veneers + whitening package. The procedure was stopped midway and no veneers were ever placed — only whitening was done.

When we asked for a refund for the services that were never rendered, the staff and managers became extremely difficult. They gave multiple different excuses and flat-out refused to refund the unused portion. They also refused to provide basic medical records when we requested them.

The whole situation felt extremely unprofessional and shady — especially the way they handled (or rather, refused to handle) the refund even though the main service wasn’t completed.…
