As it says in the title my dad needs a new pc, he is currently using a old dell prebuilt from sams club that is atleast 10 years old and has been hanging on by threads for years. He started asking me about computers and i naturally said lets build one but I have fallen out of the building loop for a bit and wanted some advice. I should preface that my dad does not game at all and will mostly be using this pc for internet surfing and creating a little newsletter. I have found a Micro Center bundle that seems to be a pretty good deal and am just wanting help finding gpus, I am needing a good gpu for the money with about a 400$ ceiling, and currently this is the working list I have
