The four suspects in the murder case of Jacksonville rapper Julio Foolio have all been found guilty of first-degree murder. On May 8, a Tampa jury reached a verdict in the case after eight hours of deliberation. Suspects Rashad Murphy, Sean Gathright, Davion Murphy, and Isaiah Chance were all found guilty. Rashad, Gathright, and Davion were also found guilty on lesser charges. The fifth suspect, Alicia Andrews, was found guilty of manslaughter last October . Now, the trial will move on to the penalty phase, where jurors will decide whether to sentence the men to life in prison or the death penalty. Foolio was shot and killed on June 23, 2024, after coming to Tampa to celebrate his 26th birthday at an Airbnb.
