Thoughts on a Star Trek movie trilogy reboot directed by Christopher Nolan and starting Matt Damon as either Kirk or Pike.

It's a joke really but... I keep watching clips of Star Trek II-VI and I miss the sense of adventure of the old films, and I miss the cast. The NG movies didn't do it for me, and the reboot trilogy was entertaining, was OK... but nothing on the old stuff.

Of course... Nolan would be totally different than all of them, but he's a brilliant director and just had the funny thought of Damon as a Federation Captain.
