Without naming Pakistan, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Sunday said that the use of terrorism as an instrument of statecraft was unacceptable, calling for a strong global resolve to counter terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.

While speaking at an event in New Delhi, he also called out countries for allowing “political calculations” to take precedence over displaying zero tolerance towards terror-sponsoring states.
