I’ve been working at this school for not even a full year and it genuinely seems like one of my co-workers just doesn’t like me.

I don’t know what I did but it’s been from day one. I’ve tried talking to her but I’m always given very short, one word answers, or if we’re in a group and I talk she immediately shuts down and doesn’t engage with me

I’ve seen her scowl, roll her eyes and just refuse to look at me.

The icing on the cake was today she was taking photos of the students for the school newspaper we do and I was in her shot and she just looks at me and says “I don’t want you in the photo” and waited for me to move.

What do I do? Do I just leave it or should I report it?
