Retaker, working 4x10s, testing Feb 12. Am I cooked?

I'm retaking the MCAT on February 12th. My first attempt was a 491 in June, and yesterday I got a 493 on BP FL6. I’m only 4 weeks into studying for round 2, about halfway through content review, and I haven't done many practice questions yet this time.

I work full time on four 10-hour shifts (Mon–Thu), so studying on workdays has been really tough. I have Fri–Sun off and try to save the bulk of my studying for those days.

Ideally I'd like to keep up with Anki daily (this is so time consuming with all the reviews. I’m doing 40 new cards a day from milesdown, and 40 new a day from Mr. Pankow), daily CARS, 2-3 Khan Academy psych/soc videos, 1–2 content chapters a day, plus UWorld questions on those chapters. It's hard to fit all of that in with my schedule. For anyone who retook while working long shifts, how did you structure your week? What would you prioritize or cut? Am I cooked??
