I absolutely love thriller movies. Recently I watched verity (loved it), silence of the lambs (loved it), and Shutter Island. Shutter island is literally one of my favorite movies of all time. I can’t believe I only discovered it this past weekend. Following that, I told my brother - give me the best thriller movie you know.

He gave me silence of the lambs. The movie was incredible. The acting was amazing. The story was good. But for me personally, I didn’t feel it was the “best movie ever” that my brother sold me on. But I still really really enjoyed it.

I’m looking to be absolutely blown away by a movie I might think that about after. So I’m here for your recommendations.

I’m looking for big twists and turns and unpredictable plot twists if possible. I do love the prison/asylum setting of movies like Shutter Island and the green mile but it doesn’t have to be that!
