I was laid off in April and wanted to use Coursera to cert up for my resume. I signed up for the free trial but wasn't really into it. When I went into my account I had nothing to cancel. Found it weird but kind of second guessed if I ever signed up at all. Was charged and realized that despite logging in from my gmail coursera had created multiple accounts with the same email one tied to Facebook (which used my email and password) and a separate account that used my gmail login (all on the same email). They would not refund, but I was confused and clearly didn't do enough diligence in canceling.
