I'm a recent CS graduate focused on backend engineering, full-stack development and applied AI/ML. I've built systems involving Go, Python, distributed systems, real-time synchronization, RAG and agentic workflows.
I enjoy thinking beyond implementation designing system architecture, handling concurrency and state consistency, building fault-tolerant APIs and considering security and scalability from the start.
I've been having a hard time getting interview callbacks and would really love some honest feedback on my resume. Am I doing a good job showcasing my engineering skills or is there something I'm missing? Would really appreciate any advice from ppl who've been on the hiring side.
