MOSCOW, OCTOBER 30, 2026 — RT has signed agreements and memoranda with twelve African media organizations and ministries during the “Russia-Africa” media forum, which took place in Moscow over October 26-29 as part of the “Russia–Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum.”

RT, which broadcasts in Africa in English, French, and Arabic, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Communications and Media of the Central African Republic (CAR), represented by Minister Evariste Ngamana.

Additionally, RT signed a cooperation memorandum with one of Nigeria’s leading television channels, TVC News. This agreement envisions deepening the partnership through the exchange of content and experiences, as well as joint coverage of significant international events.…
