1. The address is not the company's name

Walmart sits on data centre wd504 , Salesforce on wd12 , most others on wd1 or wd5 . The tenant is often a code: Wells Fargo is wf , Bank of America ghr , Morgan Stanley ms , Procter & Gamble pg . Neither part can be derived from a company name, so a list of employers needs a list of verified addresses.
