Superfans of Raising Cane’s can start planning their next grand-opening block party — setting alarms for the wee hours of the morning on June 23 in Lynnwood.

The chicken chain with a cult following announced Thursday that it will open its second Seattle-area location on June 23 at 1232 164th St. SW, Lynnwood, across from Walmart.

Even in the Puget Sound area, where young foodies will line up for hours for a big-name opening, few recent debuts have matched the fervor of a Raising Cane’s ribbon-cutting ceremony.
