One woman’s case against Bellingham-based eXp Realty over rampant sexual assault and drugging at its events has ended in a settlement. Several similar lawsuits are still pending.

Attorneys for Florida real estate agent Anya Roberts said she reached separate settlements with eXp Realty and the former eXp “influencer” agents shortly after the beginning of the trial.

Roberts’ lawsuit, filed in December 2023, alleged she was sexually assaulted on multiple occasions by several people connected to eXp, including former agents David Golden and Michael Bjorkman.

Roberts settled with defendants eXp, eXp World Holdings, eXp founder Glenn Sanford, Golden and Bjorkman. The terms of the settlements were undisclosed.…
