WCVB reports on the Suffolk Superior Court arraignment today for Derrick Todd, a former rheumatologist at Brigham and Women's and Faulkner Hospital on 81 charges of raping and sexually attacking patients, on top of the similar charges he is already facing in Middlesex Superior Court.
