Hi everyone,

I have around 5 years of experience and recently completed my HR round at LTIMindtree.

I asked for a 100% hike, but HR said they usually offer a maximum of 35–40%. At the end, they said they would check internally and get back to me.

It has been 3 to 4 days. Will HR come back with a revised offer, or is there a chance of rejection?

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Please share your experience.
