Hey guys, I just need to vent. I’m preparing for GMAT, and this is the hardest thing I’ve done in my life. For context I’m not good at maths, aiming for MiM. I basically started the program from zero in Quant. I’m 1 month in the prep, at around 1.5-2hrs per day, and I aim to pass it in December/January, so 7 months time. Starting August i plan to train around 4hrs per day, and November/december, 5-6hrs per day I’m doing the Magoosh prep. On the website I scored 485 before staring the prep Q67-71, V78-80 and DI 69-71. My goal is minimum 680, ideally 700. I’m having mental breakdowns everyday because I see no progress. While the number sense is coming, the actual knowledge is not. I learn a lesson by heart one day, do a lot of exercises, and a week later I’m stuck on basic stuff from that lesson. The way I work is the following : I watch every video in order, and I take notes on what’s new so that I can come back to it later without rewatching the video, then I do couple practice questions.…
