Chud the Builder ’s bond has been revoked. Fox17 reports that the Davidson County District Attorney’s office inquired about reversing the controversial streamer ’s bond, and a judge granted the request on Wednesday (June 17). The bond was for charges stemming from an incident in early May, when Chud reportedly refused to pay his bill at a Nashville restaurant. Chud, born Dalton Eatherly, is set to appear in court later this month. In the meantime, he’ll be transported back to the Montgomery County Jail, where his bail remains $1 million for allegedly shooting Joshua Fox , a Black disabled veteran, outside of a Tennessee courthouse. Eatherly was already out on bond when the shooting incident happened. On May 9, he was arrested for failing to pay a restaurant tab of nearly $400. He was charged with theft of services, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest, but he was released after posting bail.…
