Studying Mandarin at a Chinese university for a year I'm studying at a university in Chengdu next year, mostly to experience a different place away from the US. Are there any things you'd suggest before I go? Anything I should prepare? I'm Chinese American and my grandparents will be at a retirement home in the same city. I'm quite excited.
