5 min read WHEN A REALLY good show hits the air, it can sometimes take a little bit of time for it to really find its audience. That’s what’s been happening with Widow’s Bay over the last few months, as Apple TV’s standout horror-comedy series has gone from a quiet (but critically acclaimed) debut to a genuine hit. It can also be fun to see what it is about these shows people start to rally around. We’d venture to bet that most Widow’s Bay fans weren’t familiar with actress Kate O’Flynn, who plays Patricia, the fiercely loyal assistant to Mayor Tom Loftis (Matthew Rhys), but they should be now. While there’s just so much to get into with each passing episode of the show, it’s Patricia who’s been the biggest standout of the season, and a major discovery for fans tuning in each week. Patricia was funny from the jump, never afraid to give Tom a bit of sass when his slight hubris deserved it.…
