Zoom Communications used the opening day of its Zoomtopia customer conference on October 20, 2026 to put a new data layer at the center of its AI strategy. The company introduced a Unified Context Layer that links conversation history from meetings, phone, chat and contact center interactions with documents and data from connected third-party apps, and it announced a batch of products built on top of it.
