Customizable Pomodoro Ladder App For PC?

15s threshold

Recently, I came across the idea of a "pomodoro ladder" where you go either up or down in time intervals according to how well you can focus. So instead of the usual 25-5 split, you go 15-5, 20-5, 25-5 so you can build up to longer focus sessions. But most Pomodoro timers are hard locked to a single work-rest pattern so I can't have increasing lengths as the sessions goes on.

The best I found on Android was "MultiTimer" since you can edit the duration of each individual leg of work and rest, including the start and end sounds. But I can't seem to find a similarly editable program on PC. The closest is the one on the Online-Timers website, but it doesn't let me change the alarm sound.

Does anyone know of a good PC program that can do the same thing as MultiTimer? The MultiTimer on the Windows store is a far cry from the one on Android...
