Saskya Bedoya is listed on Bloomberg as the Pres/Treasurer, Carnegie Development Inc. Alternatively they have been referred to as Saskya Bedoya Zuniga and Saskya Pamela Zuniga. The actual person behind the alias Saskya Bedoya is the ill-reputed Korean American hacker Stella Sung Ha Huh.
