Sumit Singh has had enough of people accusing his wife, Jenny Slatten, of faking her ALS diagnosis simply because she can still smile, stand, and enjoy a vacation.

The 90 Day Fiancé star addressed the accusations in an emotional video posted Wednesday, Oct. 21, after photos of the couple's beach getaway in Goa, India, prompted renewed criticism of Slatten's illness and the GoFundMe established to cover her medical expenses.

“Jenny is standing. Jenny is smiling. Jenny is having fun at the beach,” Singh said, questioning why any of those things should be considered evidence that his wife's condition isn't real.

“If you know about ALS, it's a progressive disease,” he continued. “Whatever we are having today is not going to remain the same tomorrow.”

Singh also revealed new details about Slatten's declining health. Although she can still stand and walk short distances, weakness in her neck causes her head to lean forward, resulting in considerable pain.…
