Hey everyone, I just noticed when I was reading the returns section of the B&N website that now that the online purchasing is integrated with Shopify (or Shop or ShopPay or whatever the software is called currently) you can no longer get a full refund from returning items to a B&N storefront if you use your Shopify account when checking out (they give store credit instead of a refund). They say you can ship returns back for a full refund, but you have to pay for the cost of shipping. I know when I checked out for the first time during this sale it automatically signed me into my Shopify account, which seems shady and which I regret since if I want to return anything for a refund, apparently I'll have to pay for the return shipping. If you use a Shopify account, it registers the payment as "ShopPay" which is categorized differently than a regular credit card payment.…
