I managed to do 2 this year only to find out where I want to go (more technical) is hard for me to do like its a struggle for me so I should avoid doing that and partner with people or hire people better than me to do the technical and admin stuff. However, did the test and both tests validated that my strong spots are in networking, business development and marketing and I should embrace just that!
