Headed to ES next week and finalizing my plans and want to see if I’m stretching myself too thin. I’m renting a car.

After San Salvador, driving to Santa Ana to stay the night, then get up and hike the volcano and get back to Santa Ana. Planned on staying at a hostel for 2 nights. (first night just getting there + 2nd night going out and meeting people, etc..)

The next day, planned on exploring mountain towns/Ruta de Los Flores and eventually staying at beach near Mizata to stay. El Tunco seemed further drive.

Mizata because it’s less of a drive and I don’t wanna spend the whole day driving but wondering instead of taking two days in Santa Ana, I stay somewhere in between like Ahuachapan, Ataco, Sonsonate?

Traveling solo and want to meet people, but also don’t want to spend so much driving on 1 day if I can space it out vs Santa Ana all the way to coast.
