I'm currently planning to visit Northern Europe in Mid-February 2027, and here is my itinerary:
2/7: Arrive at Stockholm
2/8: Stockholm
2/9: Stockholm to Copenhagen by 5 hours train
2/10: Copenhagen
2/11: Copenhagen
2/12: Copenhagen to Lofoton by air. Arrive at LKN, rent a car
2/13: Lofoton
2/14: Lofoton
2/15: Lofoton
2/16: Lofoton to Senja, 8 hours drive
2/17: Senja
2/18: Senja to Tromso
2/19: Tromso
2/20: Fly to home
Here are my questions:
How difficult is driving in winter northern Norway? I had zero experience driving on roads covered by snow
Am i spending too much time in northern Norway? I think the scenery might start to feel repetitive after a couple days
Do you think visiting Stockholm and Copenhagen in February is a good idea?
And please let me know if you have other suggestions, thanks!
