Went for an interview with hiring manager for an internship role and she said she really enjoyed the conversation. Afterwards, she asked about my start date so I can meet with her intern for handover of work. She even said she was eager to pass on the role and then discussed the working arrangements and office culture. When the interview ended, the recruiter called me to confirm on my start date. The next day, I had a final interview with her boss for approval and the interview was quite smooth - it felt more of onboarding process as she talked more about what the role entails and who I’ll work with. She said she liked my answers and at the end she said she hopes to see me soon and that I should hear from them quite soon. The interview was on Friday and today is Monday but I have not heard anything was them. Is it possible she was just being polite? 😭😭 I don’t wanna get my hopes up since I don’t have any experience….
