Keke Palmer has received a major position within the BET family. With the 2026 BET Awards just days away, the network has appointed the I Love Boosters actress to its inaugural Board of Advisors, according to an official press release. The announcement makes Palmer, 32, the newest member of a founding class that includes BET co-founder Bob Johnson, Queen Latifah , and LL Cool J . Also on the board is Troy Vincent, executive vice president of football operations at the NFL ; Raymond J. McGuire, president of Lazard; and George Cheeks, chair of TV media at Paramount . In 2014, Palmer hosted former BET talk show Just Keke. At 20 years old, she became the youngest talk-show host in television history. Palmer’s milestones include being the first Black actress to star as Cinderella on Broadway and being a two-time Emmy winner.
