LaLa Anthony has some thoughts about celebrities dating outside the entertainment industry, and she says being with someone who understands the demands of fame can make relationships easier. During an appearance on the Oct. 20 episode of The Crew Has It podcast, the actress explained why dating another celebrity has its advantages, although she isn't ruling out finding love with someone who works a regular job.

Speaking with her former Power co-stars Michael Rainey Jr. and Gianni Paolo, Anthony acknowledged that relationships are complicated enough without adding Hollywood's unpredictable schedules to the mix.

"I think there's pros and cons to both," she said. "If you date somebody in the industry, you feel like, okay, they at least know my lifestyle, how I have to work. I gotta be on set at two, three in the morning.…
