The SK Hyper AI Data center development arm of South Korean conglomerate SK Group is seeking $350 billion in external capital to launch a massive infrastructure expansion across South Korea.

Company executives structured the $350 billion capital campaign to fund the initial 5-gigawatt development phase of a larger 15-gigawatt master plan.

The organization aims to finalize its first external financing arrangements by late 2026 or early 2027. Consequently, management will sequence future investments across multiple funding rounds over the next three to four years.
