Hello everyone, It has been 1 month since I moved to Germany. I’m here for my Psychology Master’s degree, and it requires a C1 level of German. I’m currently attending a language school, but I don’t think it’s efficient enough for me because I feel like I learn more effectively by studying on my own. I also want to mention that I have a TELC A2 certificate. However, I prepared for the A2 exam in only one month, so I still have some gaps in my foundation. I have a few questions for people who have reached C1 level. I know that my vocabulary is not strong enough to speak fluently yet, but I’m not sure which words I should focus on learning. There are many options such as TELC vocabulary, Goethe vocabulary, or the most frequently used words. Which one would you recommend? For vocabulary learning, I’m using Anki decks where the front side has the word and the back side has the meaning. I’m open to any advice or study tips.
