Eric Swalwell denies sexual assault allegations as he faces calls to quit California governor race

Federal agents searched a Beverly Hills mansion owned by donor Stephen Cloobeck as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into Eric Swalwell .

Swalwell resigned from Congress in April following multiple allegations of sexual misconduct and assault, including a rape allegation by a former staffer.

The search follows previous federal actions in August when law enforcement seized electronic devices from Swalwell and searched his Washington home.
