There’s a boom in escorts who are making serious bank thanks in large part to their ability to have fluent conversations about technology and other Silicon Valley pursuits. A new report from Forbes details an increase in female sex workers, some of whom charge as much as $6,000 per hour, who are skilled in discussing AI, cryptocurrency and other hot button futurist issues as part of the time they spend with their clients. The escorts are considered to have what one woman interviewed by Forbes called a “nerd-first” approach, which is an ability to fulfill the conversational needs of their customers.
