The suspects in a fatal shooting of an employee during a robbery at an east Las Vegas business this month are in custody, police said.

Antwan Terry, 36, and Anthony Terry, 38, were arrested Tuesday by the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office in St. Paul, Minnesota, the Metropolitan Police Department said in a news release Wednesday.

Both were booked into the Ramsey County Adult Detention Center, where they await extradition to Las Vegas. Each faces one count of murder with the use of a deadly weapon; four counts of robbery with the use of a deadly weapon; four counts of kidnapping, 1st degree with the use of a deadly weapon and one count of conspiracy to commit robbery.

Reynaldo Rodis, 45, died Oct. 15 while attempting to thwart the robbery at Elevated Life, a business with a meditation room, sound room, barbershop and marijuana shop in the 3400 block of East Flamingo Road, near South Pecos Road.
