Trump rants about borders at Mother's Day event

President Donald Trump delivered a rambling speech at a Rose Garden luncheon intended for Mother's Day.

The speech largely deviated from the luncheon’s theme, focusing on his renovation of the Rose Garden and criticizing his predecessor,J Joe Biden .

Trump described Mother’s Day as a time to honor “the women who raised us and all of the wonderful mothers in our lives.”

He also boasted about stopping fentanyl trafficking through extrajudicial killings and attacked the Biden administration's Afghanistan withdrawal.

The address concluded with remarks on "men out of women's sports" and "transgender mutilization" of children.
