I applied for a IT position and did a phone screen, round 1 mid september and round 2 early October. I was told I would hear something that week. Now 3 weeks later. Wrote follow up to check end of last week, didn't hear back.

I am figuring perhaps I wasn't their first choice or I am being strung along. I would have liked the job but have two other companies I am interviewing at and another opportunity that has been presented to me.

I am just a little irate that they are being cowardly for a lack of a better term.
