Hey everyone,

I'm a solo developer and I've been working on an AI video generation platform called TakeWeaver.ai.

Basically, I'm trying to make AI filmmaking easier by giving people more control over their scenes, characters, camera movements, etc., instead of just typing prompts and hoping for the best.

I've spent most of my time building the product, and now I'm realizing that building it was probably the easier part lol.

I have no real marketing experience, no audience, and definitely not a huge budget to spend on ads.

I'm trying to figure out how to actually get people to discover and try it.

For those of you who've launched a SaaS before, how did you get your first 100 users?

Would you recommend starting with Reddit, TikTok, Instagram reels, reaching out to creators directly, or paid ads?

Also, is the AI video space already too crowded for a solo dev to break into?
