Needing a sanity check on my outdoor kitchen install.

Material is Florim Marble Statuario Matte A porcelain. I am not happy with the edge finishing around my Blaze LTE Pro 4-Burner and Power Burner. The edge looks totally different depending on which side of the appliance you look at (see pics).

Also, seems like a lot of pieces were used, lots of seams (in red in the photos). Maybe I'm too picky.

Has anyone dealt with this? Is this just poor fabrication, or is there a technical reason the edges would vary around these specific Blaze appliances?

Any advice on what to demand for a fix would be amazing. Thanks!
